You may use Humanizer for any lawful purpose. You may not use the service to produce content that violates a third party's rights, including academic dishonesty policies of institutions you're enrolled in.

You retain all rights to text you submit and to the humanized outputs. We claim no ownership over your writing.

Source code, branding, and the model itself remain our property. Don't scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account. Annual plans are refundable prorated for unused months.

Humanizer is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
